Was wondering if anyone had any info on #7207??
Just bought the car and realy wants information on this cars earlier life and history.

In the U.S anyway, a number of stalkers used license plates and then-public records to locate owners of certain cars, with (in a couple of cases) tragic results. So yes- the police here have such data but the general public is barred from access to DMV records, license data and the rest since the late '80s. That's also one reason why commercial car records are sparse when one purchases them. Makes data collecting on classic car histories much more difficult but protects the public. And of course some owners put their personal privacy above public info even when owning such a showy car as the Pantera.
Your #7207 has an unlisted number in the old POCA serial number listings done in the early '80s. This is certainly one good reason for a car club roster of cars, serial numbers and condition data but without addresses.
