Pantera Paint Colors

Did each production year for the Pantera have only one color available that year, ie, in 1971 black only, 1972 white only, etc? Just curious as I seem to remember something like this.

No; in most years, there were at least 7 official colors. See the 1973/74 Illustrated Parts book (orange cover) for the numbers of each color for each year, by manufacturer, to that date.
