Pantera Roadster: Structurally sound?

I found this 71 Pantera "Roadster" on Bring A Trailer this morning. I don't have a VIN or # so I did post this in the specific pantera forum. Anyway, the guy did the conversion himself and added a sub frame. I would think there would need to be some additional bracing to make this close to rigid enough, no?

They were talking about this car on the DeTomaso BB. Noone had been able to get a close look at it.

Could somebody please buy it and weld the roof back on?

I've said it before, and though my car clearly shows I'm not a purist, some people have too easy access to grinders...
