pantera scoops on forum page

Can any one identify the source of the scoops on the forums page or have better pictures of them? I'm talking about the red/black Pantera with the flares. These scoops seem to go behind the rear window, not in place of them so I'm not sure how they function or even if they are functional. Thanks again.
