I watched quite a bit of the auction yesterday. Thay had some gorgeous cars, the Pontiacs were very well represented, as were some of the Mustangs. The prices were soft on most cars...but alot of cars did better then I would have thought. The Harly Earl Corvette went for very close to 7 figures, and Im sure the buyer was the owner of Pro Team Corvettes sorry cant remember his name. Met him a couple of times at the Kruse auctions.

Just got back in town. I don't think it was my car, but I haven't been to the garage yet either.

I think that is the same car that's been for sale in Missouri awhile with perhaps a $59k asking price.

UPDATE: Just found the one I thought it might be. Is this the correct VIN?

I will attempt to sort this out from what I saw at the auction.

Lot F269 (Friday car) is the green 1974, 29,622 miles, I took several pictures of the car Friday night. The pictures should be on Chuck's site or let me know if anyone wants the pictures. The VIN is 7078. The car DID NOT sell, stalled at $45,000, not meeting the reserve. The car is owned by Merchons in Ohio.

Adam, the VIN for the car you spoke about is
6979, it also has low miles, 26,939 according to the link you provided.
