Im currently entertaining the thought of entering the world of the magnificent Detomaso Pantera here in Australia. And was wondering what the marques history is here in Austalia.
Were these cars ever delivered new to Australia?..Or were they private imports. If so were they converted from LHD?
I ask because I know of a 1972 car that is up for sale at the moment. It is in fair condition and was imported from the US and converted to RHD.
Ideally Id prefer a factory RHD car, specially if they were imported down here like that from new. But if not then I will seriously consider this car, provided everything else checks out.
Sorry if these seem like basic q's but I cant seem to find much info about Panteras down here. This forum is a very valuable source of info!
Any help would be most apprecitated.
