Woodbine,
http://www.panteraplace.com is an excellent resource for information. The Body section under Technical Information gives a breakdown as to what to look for in terms of corrosion. Rust should be a major factor in determining if the car is right for you. If you're an experienced body person and are willing to put in quite a bit of time and effort to replace parts, panels are available. http://www.geocities.com/provamo72/ is also a good website for information. You should also look for the standard upgrades to improve reliability such as the cooling system. There are also numerous other changes which can be made to enhance the performance such as brakes, engine mods, tires, etc. One suggestion: if you find a car you like, bring it up on this forum or the DeTomaso BB. The Pantera community is fairly close knit and the car may be known to someone who can give more background on it. Good luck in your search.
You bet, you can trust Dave and Jerry all the way. They've been one of the most honorable Pantera vendors I've met or done business with in the last 6 years.

Mike, Where do you find these cars with REALLY low miles? I think you've had several of them with less than 10K miles.
