PASSING OF A LEGEND

Now that the "official" mourning period is over, does anyone know the factory's plans for the "new" Pantera?

I don't expect to see a new Pantera anytime soon. I talked to Santiago at the calling hours for Alejandro, and Santiago feels that a new sports car would be too costly at this point to develop. All the factory's efforts are on their contract to build the Russian UAZ SUV-thing.

I've seen nothing, nor even seen hints of, a new Vallelunga or Pantera. My understanding has always been that the profits from the UAZ program would allow funding for a new sportscar... Best case scenario, I wouldn't expect to see anything from them in 10 years. Not the answer I'd like to give...
