Paul Rimov's F250 Power Window Conversion

I remember where I heard about the F-250 Power Window conversion. I was looking back at some POCA Profiles and 2002 No. 2 and Paul's fabulous car was Pantera of the Quarter. There was a picture accompanying the article of 2 window regulators, one of which had been converted using F-250 parts "which nearly bolted in and worked considerably better". So how about it, Paul what is involved in your conversion?
