...who's got 'em? I hear a lot of "gossip" about how they're not being manufactured any longer. Does anyone know (for certain) who is still selling/stocking them?

Coddington, who makes (made) the PE clones, was bought out by some big name firm. Ah, American industry, gotta love it.
They obviously are not too interested in small runs of wheels and anyhow Coddington had already pissed off Marino when he shifted the center so the pentagrams aligned slightly differently and thus he had a different wheel that he could sell to another vendor and not 'technically' break his 'exclusive' he had with Marino. Ah, American business ethics, gotta love em.
We all now know from American Hotrod what an ass and jerk Coddington is. Clincher for me was the custom build where the custom Coddington wheels wouldn't clear the calipers on the car they put together. His solution? Wheel spacers - from a guy who made his name with custom wheels.
I've heard there are now lawyers involved in this sordid PE clone affair.
Short story, no more PE Coddington wheels are expected. You want them? Better start beating the bushes for guys upgrading (?) to other wheels.

None of them are offering in 18s, are they? I really prefer the stagger. May just go with none clones, but by the time I get around to it, who knows what will be out there.
I would like to point out that there are two "aftermarket" wheels that are now defunct. Coddingtons and Halls.
To me this illustrates very clearly the major issue with these things. Here today, gone tomorrow.
I'd rather deal with finding tires for the Campi's rather then rely on un-reliable people who may or may not make the wheels when I need to replace a bent rim.

I'd like to see a 17" or 18" clone of the 10" wide Campy.
PPC Reno now has Campy clones, and I believe they offer an 18" too. Check to make sure.

18" front and 22" rear. I bet you could find a set at tire rack that would match up like that.
