power window conversion

I have read the posts regarding convertring power windows using Aerostar motors, I have also heard of a supposedly easier (?) conversion using more powerful and even faster F250 motors. Anyone familar with this conversion and how it is done?

What year F-250 motor do you think it is? I have not seen this conversion. If you find out more info will you pass it on.

Actually heard back from the guy who I thought used F250 motors, He actually used Grand Marquis motors, I am trying to get the details. I'll let you know.
