Any idea what the torque settings are for the pressure plate to flywheel?

There are no bolts between the pressure plate and the flywheel. Are you talking about the flywheel bolts or the cluth mounting bolts?
Clutch to Flywheel 12-20 Ft-lb.
Flywheel to Crank 75 - 85 Ft-lb.
