question about canadan 89' gts

how hard is it to import from canada. what price range would be fair. the car has 22000km and is being sold by a dealer. any suggestions would be helpful?

CHRIS-- DIFFILCULTY IN IMPORTING ANY CAR IS DIRECTLY DEPENDENT UPON WHICH STATE YOU ARE BRINGING THE CAR INTO. I IMPORTED MY 89 GT5S TWO YEARS AGO FROM CANADA WITH NO PROBLEMS INTO FLORIDA WHERE WE HAVE NO EMISSION STANDARDS ETC. I AM SURE CALIFORNIA FOR EXAMPLE WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT STORY.
