Marco was killed in a horrific moto GP crash in Sepang Malaysia on Sunday. He was a rising star and an italian young gun. Prayers go out to his family and those involved.... Bad week for motor sports...

Yes it has been a bad week. I grew up around cars and racing. I remember playing with a toy Vanwall while in my crib! Thats how far back my love for this sport goes. These guys were and still are my heroes, and I hate it when my heroes die.
Marco was exciting to watch ride. Such a freak accident. I feel sorry for Colin and Rossi as well. Rossi and Marco were friends; wouldn't be suprised if he retires as a result.
I thought the same thing, I thought it might be hard for Rossi to continue. We will have to see, a hard year on Ducati and now this. Rossi will be doing some soul searching this off season. Colin is as an ol' timer who is still top ten, he might be reflecting alittle also. I wish them luck, just a racing thing no one's fault... still rough though.
