Hi everybody,
Could someone tell me how much space we got, for the seat, between the center console and the door panel. Nice seats are for sale, on ebay right now, but need 22¨ of space. My 1971 pantera is apart and can't check that dimension. The original seat has 19¨ wide. Thank's.

I just measured 24" on my Jan, '72 2511.

That is from the side of the console to the face of the armrest. Taken at the junction of the seat bottom and seat back.

What is also important in our cars is the thickness of the seat bottom. How tall is your torso, do you intend to do track events where you will be wearing a helmet? Do you have or plan to installed dropped seat pans?
