rack and pinion

Help! Where Can I obtain The inner tie rods and boots for the rack and pinion on my 74 Pantera. Also is there a cross ref.on it. Please give me as much info on this as possible. I presume this is the problem because the right front end bangs when I go over a bump. Also The front wheel has play in it(I just replaced the Koni shock)

Most of the usual Pantera parts vendors have them. Try to check p/ns & prices. There is no known cross reference on either. as for the banging and the play in your steering, there is a plastic bushing in the rt side of the rack that wears. Yours undoubtably needs replacement. The vendors have a bronze replacement that works better, is cheaper and lasts longer.
