Radiator Fan Relay Advice? | The De Tomaso Forums

My passenger side rad fan was running constantly then stopped completely, relay is dead I believe.

I've got a late 74, and I can't read any of the numbers on the relay, but the factory manual says it's a SIPEA-T-5210/2F.

Who has these? Or are there equivalent relays at the chain parts houses? Thanks in advance!

Probably a simple single pole/single throw 12V relay that you can buy at any Radio Shack.
That is were I have purchased mine for radiator fan and headlight circuit upgrades.

Thanks. Is it THAT easy? I thought since there were a zillion relays and highly specific applications, that I was shopping for something equally specific.

ANY auto supply store will have a basic single pole 12vdc relay. Ask for a heavy duty one.
They may be a couple of bucks more. Very common item.
