Anything's possible, but why? The Pantera's iron Girling front calipers are pretty good units for 1970, but going to the trouble of making strap-adapters would be the same amount of work as adapt aluminum calipers that are half the weight. And if you pick your calipers correctly, the parking brake will be built-in, not as even more weight from also using the stock iron rear caliper. Since 1987, I've run adapted Porsche 911 S aluminum (front) calipers with Wilwood aluminum e-brake calipers in the rear, so what you ask is certainly possible. But the total weight of my combo is slightly less than the weight of stock iron rear calipers. Less unsprung weight means better handling. Finally, assuming your brakes are in good condition with no stuck pistons etc, first evaluate your stock brakes: if in a panic stop, you can lock ANY wheel, you need more tire, not bigger brakes. If you cannot lock any wheel and the brakes are stock, there are several things one can do cheaply to the stock system to improve them considerably, before diving into changing calipers.
