I would assume Mr 69 blue Hemi owns a Boss 429 that is missing the oem carb. Sure he payed bunches for the carb, but just think how much more valuable that '69 Boss is with the correct carb sitting atop the motor. I say good for him, glad he's got his carb.

your friend on the DTBB, who turned down an opportunity to buy a Boss 429 for $4000 in 1976.

A really nice B9 car is going for $275k to north of $300k now. Having correct parts like the carb/distributor/export brace/snorkle/trunk moiunted battery and caps, etc seperates the good cars from the great cars. BTW, 4 years ago, a really nice B9 would have gone for ~$125k, good market correction. Take care
