Reno Trip mpg

Well, I added up my gasoline tags and for the 798 miles driven to and from the Reno event, I averaged 12.87 mpg. A LOT of mountain driving with a lot of shifting and use of lower gears.

For reference, on the Las Vegas trips, my average was in the range of 13.63 to 15.38.

My normal cruise speed is 75-85, and the occasional burst to 100-110 just to see if the GPS is working correctly.

P.S. - Somewhere I must have gone through a swarm of grasshoppers. Took an hour of dental picking to get them out of the radiator and then some Simple Green and a hose took care of the rest.
