My Pantera has had the standard wheel arch flares cut off and ugly wide flares fitted. Is it possible to buy standard steel wheel arch repair flares? so i can return my car to a stock looking body?

Maybe someone who is undertaking a Group 4 conversion would have the cut out pieces available? Your car doesn't look to have too aggressive a flare, so Group 4 cutout pieces should be sufficient.

I just did that. I got the original fenders cutout pieces from Hall Pantera.

I have a couple of sets of original flares if you have no luck with Hall. Flares were cut off cars that were converted to Gr4.

Just an observation: woman tryes to be as voluptues as possible to look great and please men nowadays. Same thing. My car stood next to an classic Pantera at a car show, and I heard one guy say to another " its hard to believe that its the same car" treu story.
Problem is it looks like a lot of the metal has been cut away. I hve contacted one of the Pantera places for a price on 4 new Fenders....I can feel the pain already...lol

I would agree that a good body shop should be able to fabricate parts significantly cheaper than sourcing new fenders + shipping etc.
The GP4 cutouts are pretty big, but even if they are too small they have all the wheel well rolls and any gap should be an easy fab.
You have plenty of sources here for detailed photos or measurements. Have you got to the point of stripping back paint to see what you really have? It almost looks like the flares were formed from cut and stretch of the original fender?

Im away at the moment but when I get home I plan to strip the paint and see what I really have. The whole front end has been bondo'd up to blend in the front spoiler and flares...lol...lots of grinding me thinks..
