I live in France near the city of TOURS, and I own a DE TOMASO PANTERA L from 1974. I am currently in the process of restoration and I would like some help, advice on how to define the European version bumperette fixing holes location. Do you have any advice to define the location of these holes at the front and rear of the car.

I did this. The best thing is to get the bumpers and hand fit them against the body. Use close up pictures found on the web for reference. Do not rely on some pre measured location and drill holes, then when you actually get the bumpers they won't fit because of the different varieties.

Ditto. I replaced my non-Euro bumperettes with Euro bumperettes and the studs for the new bumperettes did not match the existing holes. Had the studs moved. As RRS1 mentioned you'll need to fit the new bumpers to the body. These are hand built cars and you'll be surprised by the fit.
Willy, It appears your are is a USA escapee. HAHA Good looking car. The hard part that I can see is filling the holes left behind by the US bumper shocks. Your car appears to have nice paint so welding patches is going to be a bit painful.
