Sears has a corporate policy that provides pay for their employees when they are called to duty - making up the difference in lost wages. They also provide continued health insurance.
This is way above what the law requires, just holding the employees job position.

If you need more tools, clothes, tires or a mower, Sears may cost a bit more, but their corporate policy certainly derves our checkbook support.
Sometimes doing the right thing costs a bit more, but doing the right thing isn't always easy, is it?
