Second Gear Slipping Out of Gear While Driving

Developed another problem while driving around today.
Seems when in second gear and just crusing, the ZF is working it's way out of second gear and then slips into netural.

I'm thinking it's probably a linkage adjustment. As in loosen and move the shifter rod back just a little allowing more forward engagement into second and forth gears.

Anybody else experience this ? What was your fix to this problem ?

I had a similar problem many years ago in a different type of vehicle. It was the motor mounts. May also wanna check the transission mounts. And the TSB's for adjustment of linkage play.
