Hi Larry,

I almost missed the plane on Friday out of Reno back to Minneapolis (10 more minutes and I was about to head right back to Circus Circus).

Love the wheels on your car -- they fill the wheels wells extremely nicely, and the background isn't too bad either.

It was great to finally meet you -- looking forward to seeing you again in the future.

Amazing what 16's and 17's can do with a heavily lowered car. 2511 is about as low as any I have ever seen. But I have basically no issues with bottoming out unless heavily loaded and hitting rough roads or bad expansion joints. No need to go silly with 18's and larger, IMHO.

Likewise! Smiler

The Fun Rally is so much fun. I was heading down the elevator when Mark got on the car. I was without my badge, but he had his on - but I spaced on who he was. I commented on his badge, gave my first name and he countered with Larry Finch??. Bingo, like old friends. I think we stood in the middle of the elevator lobby for an easy ten minutes before he had to head off on business.

Here's hoping everyone's ribbing of Steve Wilkinson will actually help get your car finished. Of course, YOU have to stop adding chores to the process... Wink

Glad you made it home safely.

Larry

P.S. -By meeting Mark, I now actually know just what his avatar name DeMopuar stands for. Big Grin
Awesome Denis C,

You hit it right on the head! 74 Pantera, 71 Hemi Cuda Convertible (Clone), and a 66 E Type Roadster.

So I do not care who makes the stuff, I just like all sorts that likes to break down.... LOL! Actually, the Cuda has been pretty good lately, and the Jag has been too. But you know what they say about cars from the 70's, there are two kinds. Those that are broke and those that are on their way to being broken. I still really like them though -- they would be tough to sell.
