Do yourself a favor & don't replace only the inner 'speedo' cable. Cables break for a reason, and mostly its due to a worn inner liner. The plastic liner is not preactically replaceable once worn. It frays, allowing the spinning cable to touch the steel outer jacket, which then wears the cable or snags it. A new inner cable will likely break quickly, wasting time & money. Do it right and replace the whole assembly. There were two different assemblies, depending on the year of your car. The threaded retaing ring has a different thread for the two possible right-angle drives on the transaxle, and there were two different lengths so the routing is variable. Fewer, more gradual bends will make the new liner & cable last longer. Pantera vendors will have what you need; it will fit correcty without hassle.
