Spicers were The Fix in the '80s & '90s for then-expensive stock u-joint troubles. They are somewhat lighter, as strong or stronger than OEM and take the next size smaller commercial u-joints. Many of us old-timers still run them. You got a deal.

Good information. A car I had had the larger ones. I always wondered why they were needed.
