This hose (is it about 3/8" i.d.??)should go under the car back to the pressure (or was it the overflow) tank. It was part of the series of efforts to cure the Pantera overheating problems, and was intended to allow air bubbles trapped at the top of the radiator an exit to get purged from the system. May have been disconnected with a radiator upgrade or change? Of dubious value at best - won't hurt anything just to leave it there, Just In Case.
