The Holley book that Marlin showed has all the accelerator pump volume for each of the color cams.....
You can find the Holley book, and sometimes get a good deal if you look on eBay....

A 40 is quiet a jump. With a 40 ill have to get that other screw right? Did u get my video i emailed you?
Just curious, does your carb have adjustable secondary's?? This is where you can adjust the spring on the actuator to set when the secondary's open. If they are opening too soon, your style carb will not be able to draw enough fuel because it is not making enough vacuum to pull the fuel into the butterflies.

That's why.
I also want to point out you can go to a stiffer spring if there is no external adjustment.
