What a mess, hard to believe all those "artifacts ?" are still there.I've purchased many historicaly derelect properties and they have all long been cleaned of anything of any value or interest.

I was there a year and a half ago. You could walk right in. Lots of stuff was left there but most were destroyed. The new pantera model and gig was there along with a guara clay model and the guara gig as well.
Homeless people were obviously living in there from time to time, and they were using abandoned old factory papers to light fires likely for heat during winters!!!
Very depressing and disapointing that the Detomaso Family apparently didn't have an interest in saving what was left, or at least give all the leftover tons of documents to the Clubs for historic documentation.
