Good one Coz. I had a couple English dudes here doing an article on my GT5S, and I complained to them about the $3.50 premium gas here. Then he says it's over $7.50 (American dollars equivilant in England)...ouch!

Damm, I could see how that would make most Pantera's garage queens.....

1 US fluid gallon = 3.785 litres

3.785x91.9= £3.48/US gall

We're running at approx 2 dollars to the pound.
So $6.96/gall.

LPG is about half this price - so that's the way i'm going.
- And probably a BMW 4.0 V8 as well.

Ah yes, I still feel the pain of driving #9178 home from Phoenix to Reno. 6 gas stops between desert dashes, although on relfection I did manage to average around 14 mpg. I guess that tall 5th makes all the difference, Coz told me to expect 8-10 mpg. But then Coz probably would have completed the trip in about half the time I did

That's better than I was getting on the highway Julian. I averaged about 10-12 traveling most of the time between 90 and 110 with the shorter 5th.

Around town, about 6 to 8 depending how much you put your foot into it.
