Well, your dog sure is making it very clear how it feels about it.....
For those of us that don't ever see any of it, the snow that is, it is a beautiful sight though.

I know, until you have to deal with it....that is.

Uhm, well, it's sugar! Yea, it's sugar. See you guys have to grow it, and over here, well it falls from the sky each winter...FREE.....

Frankly I hate the %^&(&*% snow! I weal long sleeve shirts and undershirts in the summer time. I never used my A/C in my truck all summer. I wish for spring. I am not trying to wish my life away, going back to last spring would be just fine!

There's something about the winter that is so very beautiful. The fresh air, the crisp sky, the crunch underfoot, the wet garage, the filthy floors, the salty carpets, the cold feet, the big bulky jackets, and the distant, dusty garage where your cars lie covered and dejected for months on end...

Nothing to do but answer phone calls from the alarm company telling me there's no signal coming from the cars, hang out on the PIBB, look at photos of my beautiful car and the other awesome cars on the board (even those that aren't snow white - yes, even a black you know what), dream about parts to change and wonder where I'll take her as soon as the weather goes back to normal.

I wish Vegas wasn't so far away - in time and in distance!
David, you know that I feel the same about winter as you do, but I remember when Ross moved to California, I said to him "you must be SO happy to not have to deal with winter anymore" and he responded "yeah, but you know I do kind of miss the feeling of excitement when it's almost over and that soon there will be green and colours everywhere". He said the transitions from green-brown to all brown to green-brown gets a bit dull. He has clearly found ways to compensate for that lack of spring excitement by filling his garage with fine Italian cars. Cars that will never rust, that he can enjoy all-year 'round. Hmmm.....
