Tie down points for trailering

I am interested in fabricating/welding strong, discrete, easily accessible and nicely finished tie-down points front and rear on my GT5. These will be needed both for tying the car down in my trailer as well as to secure it on a chassis dyno.

Has anyone done this and, if so, could you please post a description and/or some photos?
