Towing a ZF

I have a 5DS-25-2 transaxle from a Pantera that has been converted for inverted running in a Jaguar XJ13 replica.I would like to use a tow dolly instead of a trailer to transport the car to various local shows. The rear wheels would be on the ground. With the gearbox in neutral would there be any detrimental effects to the transaxle ?
