This past August I used Intercity Transport to ship from Reading, PA to Denver, CO. They only do enclosed trailer. It was $1600 and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
i used a company owned by fed-ex (oh course i can't remember their name),, fair price, great communication, enclosed trailer. i'm sure a fed-ex agent can get you the phone no.
