Hi, I am changing out the rear sway bar bushes and noticed that the driver side frame mounting is higher than the passanger side.

My car is unmodified and no rust and in very good condition but this surprised me when the car was up on the lift. I have heard that  “many” Panteras are twisted and were possibly out of specs from day one  with old, used jigs during the build.  There are no evident bends, warps or cracks anywhere but there does seem to be a slight twist with the driver side higher then the passanger. (sighting under the car fro the rear)  I have looked at photos on internet and there are a few cars with the same look as mine from rear view and the often added  sway bar dress up plate bent upward  on the driver side and not parallel to the ground.

Engine torque twisted things???  Its not the end of the world, as the body actually sits level to the ground as do the rear valence panel and exhaust cut outs.  Maybe this is how it was meant to be for me…I have a 800 year old house in France that has a slanted floor  inclining over a half a foot, my old Morgan had a warped and cracked frame, My old TVR had a twisted front end, my left (driver side!) leg is 3/4 inch shorter then my left!!!

This is off topic, sorry, but I didn't know you had an old TVR, what model is it? I own a 1996 Griffith 500.
