I was performing a PM on one of our cranes at work yesterday. I clicked this shot and got my wife scared of heights. Oh by the way I was about 60' in the air. A tough job we also do is we have to "WALK" the main crane rails and do a yearly inspection. We check all of the rails and fastners. If you look to the right you can see the cable we tie off to. We have to carry a 1 1/2" wrench, 1" impact with the socket attached plus the hose coming from the floor, and a hammer to check the bolts for tightness.

" metal stamping plant for GM. Im not supposed have a camera at work. So lets keep this amongst us OK? LOL "

Funny you say that ...I had a small job we were called in to do some stainless steel vacumn lines for Columbia University in NY and I brought my disposable camera and as we were working clicked away a bunch of pick of the job ... after I attended a meeting and they said NO PICTURES ALLOWED .... come to find out it was the HUBBEL SPACE TELESCOPE they were using the vacumn lines to test 0 gravity on parts ... the TELESCOPE was shipped to Ny from Livermore labs in Calif.

I have pics but they are not digital.
