update and request.

I found a local guy that thinks he can do the dash. I sure hope so.

I also gave him the door arm rest/pull handles.
the guy that recovered mine used a LOT of staples on the door side. Would anyone have a photo of theirs removed to show the backside I would appreciate.

If your guy has issues or decides he can not do the dash, my guy can. He has done many for me over the years. Hope it works out locally for you.

I have some large sheets of heavy cardboard in waiting. (to make a shipping box)

I gave him 4 weeks so I'll give this guy a chance.

I used JT's guy per his recommendations (and him doing my Father's 71). The 2-pod dash came out looking great. I filled in a lot of the holes with fiberglass, so I suspect some of the work was made easier.

I'm a fan of your two-tone. I think it looks great. I will say, I did get a couple of "nay-sayers" that disliked the departure from the standard black.
