Dennis,

That's a Deauville, but you probably knew that already. There is a reasonable market here in Europe for these. If you know where to look there are usually half a dozen for sale, which is not bad knowing that they only made 244 of then and at least 1/3 of them have rusted away and are used for spares. That one has come up for sale before and from what I remember has been retrofitted witha 4 speed auto instead of the 3 speed C6 original. I don't know how many RHD versions they made but it can't be more than 20 or 30.
Nice colour and whires! Not!
Are you looking to buy or just curious?
Hi Dennis & Dutchie,

Interesting find, it's the first RHD Deauville I've seen for a while. Where is the car for sale? I'd like to find out more and add it to my Registry (only around half a dozen of these beauties listed so far Frowner)

Best,

Thanks Dennis - I'll see what I can find out from the vendor. Dutchie, are you sure you don't want to switch 2024 over to a set of spokes? Maybe you could add a luggage rack on the trunk and chrome lips for each wheelarch Smiler.

Thanks for the suggestiosn Ben! Im thinking more along the lines of a cool 80's oil sheiks favorite of pearl white paint, including all the trimmings with subtle contrasting lipstick red interior... Including colour coded BBS latice rims of course. Pebble beach, here I come!

And yes Ben, there are getting more appreciated over here. Values seem to go on the up for the last couple of years. Although with the introduction of the Euro for the EU a couple of years ago I feel that most prices on any oldtimer have been over inflated. Good deals are getting rarer and here in Holland reputable classic dealers are dropping like flies or shutting their doors becausse business isn't as good as it was.
You're right about dealers going broke, this firm have gone into liquidation and they've been established quite a while as opposed to many of the recent upstarts: http://www.automusa.nl/uk/index.html

They've got a nice looking GT5 in silver over magnolia with brown carpets. Price slashed from Eu57k to 48k. You can find it in their cars for sale section.
