Hey Folks. Trying to get this beast on the road for next spring. I need to drop the oil pan for a new gasket. I already removed the crossmember a couple of weeks ago, and cut out the emergency brake bracket today (top pic). I see that there is another bracket below. Does anyone know what this bracket is? Thanks. Shashi

I don't recall seeing a bracket like this on mine. Owner add on for????
I am wondering if it could be an attempt at a parking brake bracket that would not interfere with the oil pan removal. It might be just wishful thinking though.

A TIP: Get Two (2) Hose Clamps on EACH End of those Hoses. My Take is, from Experience...'One Hose Clamp WILL Leak, in Time. Two Hose Clamps CAN NOT Leak'. It's the Best Insurance!
