White Pantera with new primered wide fenders

Seen a very nice looking white Pantera on the 10Fwy heading towards Arizona from California Saturday. It was on a trailer and had the group 5 fenders newly added based on the fact they were still in primer.

Does it belong to anyone here it would be cool to see before and after photos

That car belongs to Dave Martell of Chandler, Az.. He just had the wheels & flares put on his white 71 Pantera, in California and said he was going to go pick the car up.

I seen it driving the other way but It look pretty nice even with the primered fenders.
