I can't help you identify the headers, but I can tell you that a Cleveland likes larger diameter headers than a Windsor or small block chevy, that's why you'll find most Cleveland headers (for street applications) are made from either 1 3/4" OD or 1 7/8" OD tubing. You'll want to run at least 2 1/2" tubing between the collector & muffler.

Thanks Kevin Im going to have to take the new setup to my local muff shop. they have 2.5 inch outlets. I would hate to set off any car alarms....WWWHHhhhaaaaaa
