Glen, I adjust doors all the time. I put the window down and pull on the top of the frame by hand while holding my knee against the bottom of the door panel where it meets the door itself.. NOW, please keep in mind that i do this on Toyota sedans and Ford Tarus's. I made a slight adjustment on my Pantera, being very carful as to not break or collapse the window track. It may be safer to enlarge the upper frame bolt hole on the end of the door. Think about what an 1/8 adjustment there would make a bigger difference at the top corner. It does not take much. I just replaced my top door weatherstrips, are your in good shape?
I'm not trying to step on anybodies feet here.. Be careful when you adjust the frame as the frame is stonger than the door skin. If I remember correctly that I supported the lower part of the frame with a C clamp with block of wood and had someone pull the top inwards. The sheetmetal on the door wanted to move with the frame when I tried doing it myself. Just don't want you to back up on yur project. Good luck!!
