z-f grinding

my zf grinds going into 2nd , third and 4th gear if i drive aggressively, if i take my time and let the revs drop , it slips right in to every gear fine ,.....does this sound like a clutch adjustment?, or is it possible i need a COMPLETE set of syncros ? my car is a 72L with 55k .......THANX for your help !

I would say you need to get it looked at soon because you are doing more harm to it, the synchro acts like a brake to slow down the gear so you can engauge the sliding sleeves. Lloyd
