ZF & 3rd Gear

For the past 6 months or so My ZF will suddenly jump out of gear when in 3rd. It shifts smoothly otherwise and I have checked and re-checked the alignment. It holds good in all other gears. Time for a rebuild??

If it pops out under load you may have a worn out 2nd/3rd sliding sleeve, and will need to be replaced.
