Brake booster pushrod

Does anyone know the correct length to set the pushrod to that fits inside between the brake booster and master cylinder. See photos below.

I have stock master with inner sleeve and stock booster, I can see on another post it needs a clearance of 035 to 045" but cant see anything about correct length of the rod itself. Mine is currently measuring 4.67"

The TSB states: Adjust the pushrod head to obtain an overall length of 4.72", which should result in 1/32" to 3/64" clearance between the pushrod end and the rod seat in the master cylinder.
