After my oil pressure gauge stopped giving me a reading, I started a dialogue with you all. With your help I determined that the gauge and wire leading to it was fine, so I bought three sending units, one after another. The multimeter gave me no reading on the second one I bought, so I opened it up. In case you wondered, the attached photo shows the inside of it. The red wire connects to the threaded stud on top. The newest gauge is now installed, but it's too late to start the car without waking the neighborhood, but I hope to get good news tomorrow.
