Okay, I have just finished replacing the valve on the front brakes with a tee fitting. I also eliminated the shuttle valve by placing a Wilwood manual adjustable valve in place of the shuttle valve. I then flushed out the entire system by using denatured alcohol and disconnecting the brake lines where they enter the calipers. I had my son pump the pedal and I was getting lots of alcohol out of the Left rear and about half as much out of the left front and right rear and none out of the right front. I did notice bubbles out of both chambers of the Master Cylinder (Ford type) as my son pumped it. Any Ideas?

thanks
Gary

p.s. I blew air from the compressor through the line and it did not obstructed or damaged

After all this, you DID teflon-tape the bleeder screws, right? Because air can suck in around the threads during the bleeding process, so we routinely tape all the screws before starting the exercise. I can't explain the visual differences in alcohol volumes you got out of the 4 calipers. Try bleeding them, then drive the car slowly and see how they work.
