markcharltonOld enough to know better and still young enough not to care. My '71 Pantera
I'm in Ottawa, Ontario. I know of at least three other Panteras here. Mine is a white 71, there is an orange 74, a 72 being restored (silver or red, not sure), and a yellow 72 or 73 (was for sale last summer). I'm told there is another red one and/or a black one, but haven't spoken to owners of those.
Please identify your city as well as province, as Ontario is 8 hours wide... (6 by cat). It would also be nice to know year and colour of car and at least your first names so we can get to know each other.
I had a look at the list of PI members and came up with these from Eastern Canada:

Hi David,
How 'come your snow is gone and mine is still here? I have't been wishing it away, as I'm still working on my car. I wonder if we could all arrange a meet. Perhaps in Kingston or Brockville (sort of equally inconvenient for all?). There might be a show we could all descend on as an excuse. Any thoughts? By the way, Bratman doesn't have his car any more - I do.

1.5 hours? What, are you going to PUSH your car here? You should be able to get here (or me there) in an hour no problem.
Actually, I was trying to get some of the Torontonians interested and thought Kingston would be a middle ground, plus it's a nice place to visit. Don't see any takers... Hmmm.... Anyone???

Wellcome Andrew,
If you look at the bottom of the main forum list, you'll see a new Canadian forum. Please check the posts, and send me and/or David an e-mail with more details so we can complie a current Canuk list. Thanks!
The money is better here, the taxes are much cheaper here, the snow is only on the mountains in the distance here, Pantera driving days 300+ days of da year here, I think I'll stay here!
...and my other hobby is marine corals, 500gal tank. LA is the best place to be for best (first) pick and price of marine coral & fish.
Hello Everyone, I sent this invite out last year (but I was the only Pantera there). This is just an invite to everyone in the community to come up to the Atlantic Nationals this summer being held in Moncton, New Brunswick. I will be there with my 72 Pre-L. It is a great show, check out their website. http://www.atlanticnationals.com/home.asp

Welcome Alexander. Mine is also a 71 (#1826) and I have been doing an engine bay beautification project. If you're doing the whole car, you'll be in for some long nights and weekends, but it will be worth it, especially if the are no big rust issues to deal with. Please post some pics and details about your car in the Candian section of the forum so all the rest of us Canuks can cheer you on. There are a bunch of us up north and we're only an e-mail away if you need opinions or advice.
Hello everyone. I am in Victoria BC and am currently restoring a 74 GR4 conversion. Trying to make Italian Days in Vancouver on Fathers Day. Alexander you should try to make it out for the day. There were I think 8 cats there last year. Send me an E-Mail at panteraturbo@shaw.ca and I will send you some info.
