You will need some good snap ring pliers to get the unit out.
Also, I am a big fan of the Motive Power bleeder. It is a pressurized reservoir of fluid that will screw in place of the master cap. You pump it up, crack the bleeder on the slave and let the fluid flow for a bit. One person operation, easy and quick.

Super easy to do; the only tip I have is take the bleed value out until the cylinder is fully installed. It will prvent you from snapping if off by mistake with a wrench arm. I know this, because I snapped the value off of my old one when I was replacing it. Not a big deal, since it was trash anyway.
Speed Bleeders work amazing well for this particular task.
